I first joined Hart Recruitment after seeing a job advertised on their website. After applying for the role, I was very quickly contacted by the Recruitment Apprentice Tia Smith who was professional and cheerful who organised for me to meet with Recruitment Consultant Leah White. After meeting both, I found them to be extremely helpful and welcoming and I left feeling very excited about the prospect of being involved with Hart Recruitment. I had left my previous job in October 2016, and had been unemployed since. Although I had been for several different interviews, I hadn’t been successful which slowly had left me with little confidence and almost no motivation to continue my search. I was close to giving up until I met with Leah from Hart Recruitment. Throughout the whole process, she injected confidence into me and reassured me that I was doing all the right things. I have had support from the very beginning, through the phone calls before my interviews, after my interview and being the middle man between me and the company. I’m aware that the care continues well after they’ve found us a role too! I have now been offered a full-time contract with a company that is perfectly suited to my needs. I couldn’t have chosen a more perfect job for me! Although I had signed up to two other recruitment companies, nothing compared to the treatment that I received at Hart Recruitment. They were exceptionally friendly and hospitable and treated me like a human being and not just another CV. Leah especially was amazing, I couldn’t have asked for a better consultant and I’m eternally grateful for everything she’s done for me. I would 100% recommend Hart Recruitment to anyone as I’ve found they’re the best to work with! – Prabjot
