We are delivering our next 2-day Enhancing Your Communicating and Coaching Skills programme for Directors, Managers and Team Leaders, who are looking to further develop their leadership skills.
In this challenging business world, leaders and managers are required to have excellent communication skills and the ability to coach, motivate and develop their team members, even the “difficult” ones, as it’s about identifying “difference” or underlying reasons for a lack of motivation and how to manage that.
The aim of this programme is for you or your colleagues to expand your leadership skills, enhance people development, increase retention and maximise potential within your team, in order to thrive in your challenging business world.
You will learn the skills for further developing your interpersonal and communication skills for recognising and matching the different behaviour styles of your team members, and the skills for building rapport, motivating, developing, coaching, and inspiring the people you lead.
This highly interactive programme consists of a two-day in class workshop where you get the opportunity to practice and apply what you are learning. In addition, you will receive post course self-learning videos to recap and remind you of the course content. Each delegate will receive a reflection journal which helps you to track how you are applying what you covered in the course, and the results you are achieving.

Learning the skills of applying leadership development tools and techniques with the people you lead, to create a culture of support, trust, recognition, motivation, and increased productivity.
Delivered over 2 consecutive days 9.00am until 5.00pm and include refreshments and lunch.
Post course Self Learning and Reflection, supported by email tips and short videos for 5 weeks.
This training is highly interactive. We demonstrate a technique; the participants practice with each other while being coached by Fiona and Phillippa. We then debrief and discuss how this can be integrated into the workplace.
A pre-programme questionnaire will be emailed to each participant to determine the leadership development areas they want to work on, as part of this programme.
This will be followed by a series of emails and short videos for the following 5 weeks.
All participants will receive printed workbook, which includes a Reflection Journal, where they record how they are applying what they are learning each week.

She is recognised globally as one of the leading specialists for using NLP (neurolinguistic programming) skills for business and coaching.

Phillippa’s team still recruit across a broad range of industries, whereas she specialises in Executive search projects. She is a qualified NLP Business Master Practitioner and Business Coach.
