A tried and tested process

When you register you will be provided with your own designated consultant who will conduct a comprehensive one to one interview, so they can get to know you and you can get to know them. You will discuss previous experience, knowledge and aspirations.

From then on, your consultant will be your main point of contact, keeping you updated with any new vacancies or job offers. We have good relationships with employers and gain a key understanding of any vacancies, so you’ll have a comprehensive overview of the company and the job before any interviews.

New Candidates

If you are new to Hart Recruitment and are registering for the first time, click Register and enter your personal details including Full Name, Email, Address and Telephone Number. It is always helpful to attach your CV as this will give the Consultants a better understanding of your experience, before calling you to provide support for finding you that perfect job.

Once you have registered, you will be provided with your own designated consultant and have access to the recruitment portal.
The Consultant will conduct a comprehensive one to one on-line interview with you, in order to understand your experience  and what type of job role, you are looking for, as well as giving you feedback on your CV. From then on, your consultant will be your main point of contact, providing you with job search support, keeping you updated with any new vacancies and supporting you with interview preparation, hopefully resulting in job offers. The portal also gives you the option to receive automatic email alerts when a new vacancy becomes live.

Existing Candidates

If you are an existing or previous candidate and would like to update your details or upload a new CV, please click on Login in the top right of the website. Updating your details and preferences, updates our consultants with your new skills and also gives you the control of your email preferences so that you can receive a job alert when a new vacancy becomes live.
