Whether working from home, managing your team remotely, planning a gradual return to the workplace, moving some staff to part time, or looking for completely new ways of working, a flexible mindset is key in helping people adapt.
To help ease the burden during this time of transition, we have developed a live online training programme, Managing Your Time Resourcefully through Change aimed at helping your leaders and managers manage both their own time, and how their team manages time, in more resourceful ways.
We are being asked to juggle work, childcare, homes schooling and flexible working, in ways we have never been asked to before.
The aim of this programme is to give your people practical skills for managing time, controlling stress resourcefully and even grow in this everchanging environment.
Thriving in this environment takes an agile and flexible mindset, coupled with clear and concise communication about what people are required to do by when.
We set specific goals for the participants to integrate and measure what they are learning.The course is further supported by bite sized daily tips which keep everyone focussed on developing flexibility and taking personal responsibility, for utilising time resourcefully to achieve their goals and objectives.
We deliver this programme through four x 2 hour modules, 2.30 pm – 4.30 pm, delivered live online via Teams or Zoom, twice a week for two weeks.
