I have had a rewarding twelve months working for Hart’s clients in a number of varied and interesting assignments. After learning that I was being made redundant I contacted Hart Recruitment. After a few days of registering I was contacted by Sarah stating that she had got a possible job match for me. My Story I was made redundant in Dec 2015 from a job that I truly loved. I worked there for 28 years so you can imagine how distressing it was to be told that they were closing the charity and that all staff was to be made redundant. Word cannot describe how I felt on hearing this news. Redundancy and the experience of signing on’ destroyed all my confidence and left me with very little motivation to do anything until I met Leah who works for Hart Recruitment. She is a legend. She believed in me from the outset and helped me turn my life around. She supported me through the whole process of completing the application form, interview techniques and the actual interview. I have recently been offered a full time job for a charity that does fantastic and rewarding work and although very nervous I am looking forward to the challenges ahead of me.
