Helen’s 20 year career in recruiting both permanent and temporary roles has generated a vast network of contacts to draw from when working with new clients and candidates.   Helen has very recently returned to Hart after maternity leave with her second son – Avery. Helen is keen to reconnect with her established network of contacts and continue to drive Hart to the next chapter. 

Helen’s personal achievements:

• Conquering the world’s highest cliff jump.

Helen’s super power:

Helen’s ability to instantly connect and resonate with the clients and the candidates she works with helps to establish their working relationship.  Which in turn, translates into long standing relationships with clients, many of which have worked with Hart for 20 years. Helen’s attention to detail and authenticity sets the tone for her approach to every aspect of her work – which is always valued by everyone from client companies, candidates and colleagues.

Why she’s so good at what she does:

Helen is passionate about creating solutions for both clients and candidates. From helping a candidate secure their dream job.  Or providing consultancy for a client company with their recruitment strategy and in turn resourcing either a permanent or an interim contractor.  Helen enjoys making connections with people , understanding their needs and securing their next career opportunity.
