Account Director

Role requirements: Leadership skills, ability to create new opportunities, managing day to day & people, training & development, implementing processes and compliance.
Managing a team of 3 including Recruitment Consultant or Account Manager, Resourcer or Trainee Consultant.
With proven ability to train, mentor, motivate and manage others, while managing your own accountability.

Overall Purpose

Recruiting at a higher level. Ensuring consistent delivery of excellent customer service. Ensuring team success by agreeing, implementing and supporting individual objectives and targets. In addition to mentoring the team you will be responsible for expanding on the existing permanent and temporary client base. Responsible for new business development and establishing Hart as a sector expert. Managing new clients and overseeing the hand over to Account Managers to nurture ongoing relationships. Responsible for revenue figures and targets. Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to. Deputising for the Managing Director and playing an integral part of the Senior Management team.

Role requirements: Providing ongoing support for Account Directors.  Generating opportunities with existing & potential clients.   Dealing with client companies & filing incoming vacancies, pre-screening clients, delivering registration interviews & attending client meetings.  Great communication skills both written and verbal.

To ensure consistent delivery of the highest levels of customer service. To understand and match the needs of both clients and candidates to provide a quality tailored recruitment service whilst continually meeting and exceeding targets. Targeted to identify new opportunities with the market place.  Encouraging candidate attraction through: Firefish (CRM), Linkedin, social media & network. Maximizing FireFish (CRM) by managing regular data cleansing, identifying passive candidates, up to date compliance & utilising talent pools. Retrieving relevant data from Firefish (CRM) for reach SEO and marketing campaigns.

Resourcer/Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Role requirements: To attract new candidates through Firefish (CRM), Linkedin, social media & network. Conducting pre-screen & full registration interviews.  Great communication in both written and verbal.

Overall Purpose

To ensure consistent delivery of the highest levels of customer service. Maximise FireFish (CRM) by ongoing data cleansing, identifying passive candidates, administering up to date compliance.
