Account Director

Manage a team of a minimum of 2 billing consultants increasing to 3 people within 6 months
Proven ability to train, mentor motivate and manage and take accountability

Overall Purpose

To ensure consistent delivery of the highest levels of customer service. Overall responsibility for the ‘Pod’. Ensuring team success by agreeing, implementing and supporting individual objectives and targets. In addition to mentoring the team you will be responsible for expanding on the existing permanent and temporary client base within your sectors, establishing Hart as a sector expert. To ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to. Deputising for the Managing Director and an integral part of the Senior Management team.

Principal Consultant

You will be responsible for expanding on the existing permanent and temporary client base within your sectors, establishing Hart as a sector expert. Deputising for the Account Director and performing as a line manager and mentor for your direct report(s).

Recruitment Consultant

Overall Purpose

To ensure consistent delivery of the highest levels of customer service. To understand and match the needs of both clients and candidates to provide a quality tailored recruitment service whilst continually meeting and exceeding targets. You will be responsible for expanding on the existing permanent and temporary client base within your sectors, establishing Hart as a sector expert.

Support Roles

Resourcer

To understand and match the needs of both clients and candidates to provide a quality tailored recruitment service whilst continually meeting and exceeding targets. To creatively resource quality candidates and support Recruitment Consultants to ensure consistent delivery of the highest levels of customer service.

Digital Apprentice

To creatively resource quality candidates and attract clients through involvement of creating content such as blogs, marketing emails, graphics, as well as social media posts. Your role will also include supporting with the creative strategy, communication channels to both candidates and clients, advertising and general administration duties. To support Recruitment Consultants to ensure consistent delivery of the highest levels of customer service to both clients and candidates. To accurately complete supporting administration relating to the recruitment process within given timeframes.
