Account Director

Role requirements: Leadership skills, ability to create new opportunities, strategically planning for new business, managing day to day & people, training & development, implementing processes and compliance whilst actively managing your own client base.

Managing a team of 3 including 2 Recruitment Business Partners and Trainee Recruitment Business Partner.
With proven ability to train, mentor, motivate and manage others, while managing your own clients within your specialism.

Key Responsibilities

Strategically planning for building and maintaining new and existing business relationships. Maximising the new business performance of the Recruitment Business Partners, through monitoring and targeting sales activity. Ability to maintain and develop existing client relationships to maximise business potential. Lead, manage and coach your team to ensure all sales/service targets are consistently met or exceeded. Monitoring success of your team through inspirational leadership. Devising individual training and development plans through regular performance reviews. Ensuring operational procedures are effective and compliant. Monitor, prepare and communicate financial and performance targets achieved both individually and as a team.

Recruitment Business Partner

Role requirements: Providing ongoing support for Account Directors.  Generating opportunities with existing & potential clients.  Sourcing own sales leads and generating networking opportunities. Promoting Hart Training courses with client base.  Representing Hart at key industry events.  Organising & attending client meetings.  Great communication skills both written and verbal, with the resilience to make business decisions and problem solve.

Key Responsibilities

To generate new business opportunities and manage existing business clients. By attending meetings with clients to understand recruitment requirements in line with their business strategy. Advising clients on market trends, including salaries. Negotiating employment offers and salary packages. Attracting the best talent through, job adverts, CRM database, LinkedIn, job boards & talents pools. Presenting candidates to clients through different media such as video presentations. Establishing feedback from both candidates and clients. Following compliance regulations when updating CRM, completing right to work checks & producing legal documentation.

Trainee Recruitment Business Partner

Role requirements: To attract new candidates through Firefish (CRM), Linkedin, social media & networking. Conducting pre-screen & full registration interviews.  Great communication in both written and verbal.

Key Responsibilities

To ensure consistent delivery of the highest levels of customer service. Maximise FireFish (CRM) by ongoing data cleansing, identifying passive candidates, administering up to date compliance. Identifying talent pools, speaking to candidates & matching them to vacancies. Utilising Firefish (CRM) data for reach SEO & marketing campaigns.  This is a training opportunity for you to successfully progress to Recruitment Business Partner.
