Any Hart team member who is worried that they have symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19) will stay at home in line with the latest Government guidelines.
We are currently working from home and it is business as usual.
We have the technology in place for us all to work remotely without affecting communication and importantly the temporary workers payroll – the Hart operation will continue seamlessly.
All candidate’s registration interview and client meetings are being conducted online and we are not attending any face to face meetings.
Our Interviewer Techniques Workshops will be put on hold, however, Phillippa is holding 30 minute one to one interviewer tip sessions over Zoom as an alternative.
We recognise that during this uncertain economic climate some companies will need to increase their headcount to help with demand, as well as others who may need to decrease headcount. Our role as recruiters is to support you in both scenarios from finding you temporary workers in the short-term, through to helping candidates write CV’s and apply for jobs.
