Suman – Candidate

I was contacted by Hart Recruitment about a role they were assisting their client with. Although I wasn’t actively looking, I was open to a conversation as it was for a company I was interested in working for which turned out to be a great fit. Leah Jones was excellent during the whole process, she was very knowledgeable on the company and the team I’d be working for. Leah helped me highlight and bring out my skills and experiences and reassured me at each stage of the interview process. Not only did she try to match up skills, she really got to know me as a person and made sure I was a cultural fit for the organisation. I ended up securing a more senior position with the organisation which was an excellent outcome. I cannot recommend Hart Recruitment and Leah Jones enough.
