Rob – Interviewer Techniques Workshop Attendee

I found yesterday mornings session very productive. I have been in management for 8 years, recruiting direct reports for the last 7 years, and have had no formal training (practically winging it, and using my internet knowledge to get by). I feel like I learnt more in the 4 hours with Phillippa than I have done in the 7 years of interviewing and recruiting staff. I have come away very positive, and feel this has put me in good stead for the next time I need to recruit for a role. I would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone else in my position.
