Philip – Business Support Candidate

A year ago I was out of work and down on my luck. My experiences online and with other agencies had not gone well, lots of empty promises & nothing delivered.

I received an email from Tia. She was professional, kind, polite, courteous and spoke to me like I was a person, not a piece of rubbish. She called me when she said she would call me, emailed me when she said she would email me, did the things she said she would do. She invested time and effort into me, something that I not previously experienced.

She was from Hart Recruitment, and never has a name been so apt or eponymous. She had Heart. From the first conversation it was clear she was trustworthy and she cared.

She had a role that I potentially could fulfil. It was obvious she had matched a role that I could do. It was similar to my previous roles and suited the experiences I had. She arranged the interview, prepared me for it, gave me directions, support, confidence everything I needed. I’m sure she’d have driven me if I asked.

I got the job and began to meet the rest of the team, all with the same qualities.  Answering questions and queries very quickly, always being professional, reliable and friendly. I even got a birthday card from them.

Tia and the team at Hart Recruitment have been awesome. It’s been a joy working with them, and I’d love to work with them again.
