I found a role advertised on the internet and gave Hart Recruitment a call and spoke to Leah who was very professional and friendly. Leah booked an interview with me to fit around my current work schedule to discuss my current role and what I was looking for. Leah put me forward for a job that I was really keen about and I later had an interview with the employer. Before the interview, Leah went out of her way to talk to me about the company, what they were looking for and guided me on interview tips and how to handle the interview. I received a phone call from Hart Recruitment who told me about a job vacancy that they thought would be ideal for me. Hart gave me a brief overview of what the job entailed and asked me a few questions and whether I would be interested in the vacancy. I was, so I signed with them and within a few days they informed me that I had an interview the following week. From the first phone call I made to Hart Recruitment, I knew I was in good hands. I was transferred to Tia, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anybody better. After the phone call I was invited down to the office for a registration, as soon as I walked in I could feel the friendly atmosphere. I completed my registration, the Literacy and IT competence tests, then sat down with Tia to further discuss my options and preferences.
