Melanie – Business Support Candidate

During the pandemic like many other people I found myself out of work.  Well ‘Hart Recruitment’ has been my life saver.  Having applied for endless jobs through different sites with no responses I landed on my feet with an opportunity through Hart Recruitment.  I was contacted by lovely Leah who discussed my CV and what roles I was looking for.  I instantly warmed to her as she was very friendly, non judgmental and very professional.  I was matched to a few vacancies they had on their books and was given excellent pre-interview preparation support via video call or telephone.  I was able to attend the interview with confidence and knowing the companies knew more about my personality than what my CV was informing them was an additional bonus.  I received excellent feedback from the interviews and even though not successful in my first few applications I wasn’t disheartened as I knew Leah was very thorough and I personally believe in fate and a better opportunity would come along.  Well it did and Leah again supported me with pre-interview prep and follow up calls and I’m looking forward to taking my first steps in my new career path shortly. Hart Recruitment have been outstanding in communication, support and I can’t thank them enough for making such a stressful time that little bit more bearable.  I would highly recommend them and wish them all the best and stay safe.
