I was made redundant in Dec 2011 from a job that I truly enjoyed. I worked for the same company for 22 years, so you can imagine how upsetting it was to be told that they were downsizing the department I worked in. The thought of Redundancy for the 3rd time in my working career virtually destroyed all my confidence until I was put in touch with Hart Recruitment, after going along for my interview with them I came out feeling so much more positive, as they made me feel so welcome and relaxed, this gave me confidence in knowing that at the age of 42 I still had a chance in getting another job. Both Helen and Leah who works for Hart Recruitment are two amazing people who believed in me. They supported me through the whole process of completing the application form, and the actual interview. They then put me back in touch with the company I had been made redundant from but in another department, working for a Manager who I had worked with before. I have been working for that company now for the last 4 years, which makes me the longest working Temp with Hart, I have now been offered a full time job for that Company and am now working with a fabulous team of people. I cannot express in words how much I appreciate how much Hart Recruitment has done for me and I would particularly like to express my thanks to Helen and Leah. I would recommend Hart Recruitment to anyone; they are sincere and will genuinely take care of you. I will never forget what you have done for me. Helen and Leah I would not have made it without you guys, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.
