Temp of the Month – Sofia

Congratulations to Sofia for winning Temp of the Month!

Sofia was nominated by her Manager Kevin who described her as “a reliable and very conscientious member of my team. She is hard working and has never treated the role as a ‘temp’ job.  She clearly cares about what she does and has shown kindness, compassion and understanding to our members. No job is too onerous for Sofia and she engages quickly with requirements and has a sharp intellect and a great understanding of why we do what we do. Whilst I would not want to lose Sofia from the team, I would recommend her wholeheartedly for any role. I do not see Sofia as a ‘temp’ but more so a colleague and a great part of our team.”. Temp of the Month is a monthly award we have here at Hart Recruitment to celebrate the hard work and achievements of our temporary workers. Each month we get dozens of nominations from our clients along with a brief description about why their temporary worker should be awarded Temp of the Month. The winning temp receives a personalised certificate and gifts.
