Our industry recruitment experts come from retail and transport backgrounds. One has completed a 360 Graduate Programme for a national retailer. The other has extensive experience in transport planning.

It is because of this background that we understand industry environment and culture, so we can easily identify traits within candidates who will work at the pace that is required within the logistics, distribution and retail environments.

Our consultants regularly attend events and are proactive within industry networks in order to stay alert and up to date with the changes and developments that these industries may face.

As your trusted talent management partner, we still carry out face-to-face interviews so that the first interview has already taken place on behalf of you, our client. We are also available for on-site interviewing to support managers. Our specialist consultants can assist with the restructuring of departments and provide support and guidance with expansion, as well as assisting redundant staff within new roles.

  • Experienced within various categories including Menswear, Ladies Accessories, Children Accessories, Knitwear and Nightwear
  • Worked alongside Senior Buyers and has personally trained Allocators to work alongside her
  • Analysing market trends, best sellers, previous year sales and competitor analysis
  • Maintaining and ensuring stock is available for stores across the UK
  • Inputting stock figures and trends onto Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and in-house systems on a daily basis
  • Seeking a salary of £25,000 per annum

Logistics Administrator and Planner

  • Possesses over 4 years’ experience within the logistics industry
  • Planning and booking European transport to meet tight deadlines
  • Booking drivers and freight into European destinations
  • Process and label day to day shipments
  • Provisionally booking freight onto flights using the in-house system and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
  • Seeking a salary of £25,000 per annum
  • 1 week notice period

  • Taking incoming calls and dealing with queries in an efficient manner
  • Logging data and calls onto the in-house system
  • Liaising with external suppliers and arranging fleet
