Our industry recruitment experts come from retail and transport backgrounds. One has completed a 360 Graduate Programme for a national retailer. The other has extensive experience in transport planning.

It is because of this background that we understand industry environment and culture, so we can easily identify traits within candidates who will work at the pace that is required within the logistics, distribution and retail environments.

Our consultants regularly attend events and are proactive within industry networks in order to stay alert and up to date with the changes and developments that these industries may face.

As your trusted talent management partner, we still carry out face-to-face interviews so that the first interview has already taken place on behalf of you, our client. We are also available for on-site interviewing to support managers. Our specialist consultants can assist with the restructuring of departments and provide support and guidance with expansion, as well as assisting redundant staff within new roles.

Supply Chain Category Coordinator

  • Managing the category planning process performance and efficiency in the European platform network
  • Reviewing and forecasting stock and ensuring it is available for 3 production lines
  • Monitoring performance and recommend action plans to ensure that production stability, inventory targets and customer service are achieved at all times
  • Proficient in SAP, INET and Microsoft Office packages
  • Fluent in English, Arabic and French

Customer Service Supervisor

  • Over 7 years of experience within the logistics and distribution sector working as a Customer Service Supervisor
  • Supervising and leading a team of 40 Customer Service Advisors, ensuring all KPI’s are met and SLA’s are adhered to at all times
  • Managing a team who were recognised for hitting their KPI’s targets throughout the whole business
  • Implemented a new procedure which made the customer service department more proficient and ensured all tasks were completed before the end of business
  • Knowledge of: Microsoft Office packages, CRM Prosper and Voyager
  • Seeking a salary of £27,000

  • Selected to manage and run a new department programme which included; creating a training programme for new staff while leading by example
  • Made savings of circa £800,000 from analysing data and claiming back invoicing fees
