  • Over 10 years’ experience working within Communications
  • Dealing with internal and external communications, creating fresh and varied communications across multiple channels such as media and social media using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Producing printed marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and booklets
  • Collaborating effectively with senior leadership to maximise business potential through the creation of dynamic communications and marketing strategies
  • Creating policies and procedures for dealing with the media in times of crisis, clearly communicating internally and acting as the media spokesperson
  • Creating and delivering a 4,000-word magazine article or interview, compelling lines for a social media profile and transforming 100 pages of technical jargon into a 3-page layman’s brochure
  • Project managing the delivery of new intranets and websites, looking after the whole process from sourcing development companies to the delivery of the new sites

Purchase Ledger Supervisor

  • Over 10 years’ experience working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk
  • Processing supplier invoices, matching, batching and coding (approximately 5000 per month)
  • Reconciling statements and allocating cash
  • Preparing payment run and processing payments runs
  • Processing supplier payments via BAC’s
  • Assisting in other areas of accounts such as sales invoicing, credit control, cashbook and 7 day cash forecast

Construction Administrator

  • Over 10 years’ experience working as an administrator and PA within the construction industry
  • Issuing and tracking all contract documents and collateral warranties until fully executed copies are received and including all bonds
  • Signing off timesheets for the workforce and inputting them into the SAGE accounting system
  • Inputting all new contracts on the COINS system and maintaining all commercial aspects
  • Managing the diary including organising meetings/refreshments and travel arrangements
  • Seeking a salary of circa £21,000 per annum pro rata.
