Vicki has had a career with Hart that has span 20 years.
Her job title alone doesn’t give you the full picture of her journey. We wanted to give you an insight into Vicki’s career path and the milestones she’s hit along the way. Vicki has created the perfect balance of working and home life, she works flexible hours during term time for Hart, whilst remaining with her chosen career.  This allows her to continue utilising the wealth of experience and knowledge she has worked so hard for over the 20 years in recruitment.

Vicki’s personal achievements:

• Buying her first property at the start of the recession
• Traveling for 2 months, visiting Thailand, New Zealand in a RV and Singapore
• Working as part of the Hart team for 20 Years. (with a few stop gaps along the way)

Vicki’s super power:

As a longstanding employee, who has at one point taken on every role within the company she is able to pull on those experiences to continue to support every team member. From training new staff, to branch manager and now talent manager. Vicki can rely on her “gut feeling” when it comes to matching talent with opportunities; which is something that comes from her lengthy experience within the recruitment industry.

Why she’s so good at what she does:

Vicki enjoys the buzz of making the perfect match that recruitment calls for. “There is a real “feel good” feeling from knowing you have made a successful match which will benefit both the candidate and client greatly. This job is about helping people and that is something I will always value.”
