Emotions in themselves are healthy but when they start to dominate and impact the way people work this can become a problem. The language we use impacts on our emotions and those of the people we work with. In the workshop we explore how we create distorted and disruptive thinking, the impact on motivation and productivity at work and ways to change this to become more constructive and motivated, either for yourself or to motivate your colleagues.
We share examples of destructive thinking and then unpick the reality and communication challenges that are causing the problems. We will give you strategies to help keep disruptive emotions in check and support your colleagues.
