We have a proven track record of successfully placing temporary candidates into our clients companies, and we achieve this within a 20 minute response time: |

|
A designated consultant, the Temps Controller will be responsible for all temporary bookings. |
|
|
Where possible the Temps Controller will initially carry out an in-depth visit to the client's premises to not only establish details of the vacancy, but the working environment, size of teams, personality mix, standards of attire, and fundamentally to build the foundation of a successful business relationship. |
|
|
Upon receipt of a temporary booking the Temps Controller will note down the details and either discuss a suitable applicant during this telephone call or confirm a designated time of twenty minutes within which they will call the client back. |
|
|
Within the timescale of 20 minutes, the Temps Controller will confirm the details of the individual or in the unlikely situation that there are no suitable applicants, the client will be informed immediately. |
|
|
All temporary applicants will have two references and regular contact between the client and the temporary applicant will be maintained during the assignment. |
|
|
All temporary applicants will complete a weekly timesheet and upon confirmation of the booking, the Temps Controller will verify the details of the authorised signatory. |
|
|
A copy of the timesheet will be attached to the invoice. |
|
|
All temporary staff accumulate holiday pay. |
