About Us - Permanent Division |
We have a proven track record of success in placing high calibre candidates into our clients companies on a permanent basis, and we achieve this by making sure that the following procedures are followed:: |
A designated consultant will have full responsibility for a client. |
Wherever possible the Consultant will initially carry out an in-depth visit to the clients premises, to not only establish details of the vacancy, but the working environment, size of teams, personality mix, standards of attire, benefit schemes and fundamentally to build the foundation to a successful business relationship. |
Upon taking thorough details of the vacancy (future vacancies will be via the telephone after the initial visit) the consultant will inform the client of a response time within which, up to 5 applicant profiles will be submitted to the client. |
This will be a maximum of 24 hours, sufficient time for the consultant to discuss the position with the applicant. |
No applicant will be forwarded unless the vacancy has been discussed with them and they have authorised for their details to be forwarded to the client. |
In the unlikely situation that there are no suitable applicants, the client will be informed immediately and appropriate action suggested e.g. media advertising. |
Up to five applicant profiles will be forwarded to the client, all of which will be presented in the standard company format. |
First interviews will be arranged upon direction of the client. |
Subsequent interviews or decisions with regards to successful or unsuccessful applications will be relayed to the applicants. |
Although we do not normally apply for references for permanent employees, we are able to forward the reference contact names and addresses for the client to pursue. |
Upon appointment, start date details will be confirmed with both parties. |
Contact is maintained between the applicant and client within the first several weeks of the appointment to ensure that the placement has resulted in a successful match. |
